CMWRC invites you to Tulsi Ramayan Mahotsav, June 24-30, 2012 at Herndon VA 20170

Chinmaya Mission Washington Regional Center (CMWRC) invites you to Tulsi Ramayan Mahotsav.  The main event of this celebration is a devotional rendition of Saint Tulsidas' Ramcharitamanas (also known as Tulsi Ramayan) by Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayananda.  Pujya Guruji is not only the head of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide, but also an illustrious disciple of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda.  He is a renowned scholar in Hindi and Sanskrit;  an expert on Tulsi Ramayan;  an inspirational teacher and practitioner of Vedanta and a melodious singer of bhajans.

The celebration also includes several spiritual and cultural events such as Kaivalya Upanishad discourse by Brahmachari Prabodh Chaitanya, Acharya of CM San Jose; Sri Gurudev Paduka Puja to observe Pujya Guruji's birthday on June 30th; daily Pothi Yatra; and Bhajans.  For further details, please navigate the links at the top of this page.
